The Pershore Plum Festival are pleased to welcome applications for the catering pitches within the Food Village for 2026, located on Abbey Park. Your application includes both the Family Fun Day on Sun 29 August, and the main Fayre Day on Bank Holiday Mon 31 August.  Applicants must attend both days.
In the interest of fairness, we strive to limit the type of food and drink served to avoid duplication where possible. Preference is given to Pershore businesses and the immediate local area in the first instance.

​Terms & Conditions 2026
The deadline for applications is Friday 26 June  and the decision of the Plum Festival committee is final.  All applicants will be notified of our decision no later than Friday 10 July. ​
​Advice - as this is an outdoor event, the organising committee strongly encourage exhibitors to consider obtaining weather insurance in case of inclement weather conditions with may affect trade.
