The Pershore Plum Festival is a multi-award-winning celebration of the fruit that put our town on the map, welcoming 20,000+ visitors for a vibrant day of shopping, food, entertainment and community spirit. If you’re looking to trade at a high-footfall, well-established event, this is it.  Fayre Day is the festival’s show-stopping finale — and our exhibitors are right at the heart of it.

Where you’ll be trading
Broad Street: Located directly off the High Street and leading towards Abbey Park. Expect excellent visibility, strong footfall, and a spacious, pedestrianised setting.
Church Walk: A premium pitch directly opposite Pershore Abbey, set on hardstanding with easy access for unloading.

Who can apply?
We welcome applications from:
  • Businesses
  • Charities (charity number required)
  • Not-for-profit organisations (constitution or governing documents required)
We carefully curate the mix of exhibitors to ensure variety, fairness, and a great experience for visitors and traders alike.
Important requirements, all exhibitors must:
  • Hold valid Public Liability Insurance
  • Submit a completed Risk Assessment
  • Provide their own equipment (fees cover ground rent only)
  • ​If serving alcohol a TENs licence must be provided
As this is an outdoor event, we strongly recommend arranging weather insurance.
