Catering Applications - 2023
The Pershore Plum Festival are pleased to welcome applications for the catering pitches within the Food Village.
As 2023 sees the festival celebrate its 25th occurrence, in addition to the main Fayre Day on Bank Holiday Monday 28 August, and the Family Fun Day on Sunday 27 August, the event is looking to have a 'party in the park' event on the Saturday evening.
All applicants choosing to trade on both Sunday AND Monday will have the opportunity to trade on the Saturday free of charge, if desired.
For hot/cold food - complete the form on this page
For specialist alcoholic beverages - please click here
In the interest of fairness, we strive to limit the type of food/drink so to avoid duplication where possible. Preference is given to Pershore businesses, then the immediate local area in the first instance.
We invite applications from hot food providers and alcohol providers.
Please note that coffee pitches have been filled - if you have an alternative soft drink provision, please email trading@pershoreplumfestival.org.uk with your expression of interest.
All applicants must read the guidance notes containing the terms and conditions to ensure no one experiences any “unexpected surprises” over the course of the Festival! To view these, click here
The deadline for applications is Friday 30 June and the decision of the Plum Festival committee is final. All applicants will be notified of our decision no later than Friday 14 July.
Please note that this application process is for the Plum Festival Food Village located on Abbey Park on Sunday 28 and Monday 29 August.
Advice - as this is an outdoor event, the organising committee strongly encourage exhibitors to consider obtaining weather insurance in case of inclement weather conditions with may affect trade.
Applicants who wish to attend both days should be aware that security is provided overnight between Sunday and Monday.
